Hard to find info on these but according to some sources these were designed by Panerai and made by B.E.N. for 2 or 3 retailers. This one was made for La Spirotechnique and is in not great shape: it has cracks all over and the leather strap was replaced by a nylon one,  see photo's. It costs €100,- plus shipping
